I am like a personal assistant in the medical world. I can work as a liaison if families are far away to keep them abreast of medical needs, patient advocate, doctor appointments, counseling/companionship, medication refills. I also specialize in finding right options for you regarding CPR vs DNR, Living Wills, Advanced Directives, DPOA. I have an extensive hospice background and can help with end of life coordination as well.
Our visits can range from weekly to monthly. Also as needed for emergencies, doctor visits, ER visits. Depends on your needs, can fluctuate at times.
